（一）請(qǐng)省大數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)展辦各成員單位、各設(shè)區(qū)市、各園區(qū)高度重視本次申報(bào)，積極組織發(fā)動(dòng)本區(qū)域、本行業(yè)相關(guān)企業(yè)、科研院所和行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)根據(jù)申報(bào)指南要求積極申報(bào)。

江蘇省區(qū)塊鏈產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展試點(diǎn)示范項(xiàng)目申報(bào)條件

（一）總體要求

申報(bào)主體應(yīng)是江蘇省內(nèi)注冊(cè)的獨(dú)立法人，管理規(guī)范、依法納稅、信譽(yù)良好，無偷漏稅等不良記錄。每個(gè)申報(bào)主體限報(bào)1個(gè)項(xiàng)目，每個(gè)項(xiàng)目限申報(bào)1個(gè)方向。

（二）區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方向

1.申報(bào)主體在主要業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域具有較強(qiáng)的技術(shù)實(shí)力，有專門研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)和研發(fā)人員。

2. 擁有申報(bào)項(xiàng)目自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)，經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)效益好，研發(fā)投入不少于100萬元，銷售額或服務(wù)額不低于100萬元，至少有兩個(gè)應(yīng)用案例（需提供用戶使用證明）。

（三）區(qū)塊鏈行業(yè)應(yīng)用方向

1.申報(bào)行業(yè)應(yīng)用試點(diǎn)示范項(xiàng)目投資額不低于500萬，且項(xiàng)目已完成或即將完成，在建項(xiàng)目已有一定的成效。

2.申報(bào)項(xiàng)目技術(shù)先進(jìn)性強(qiáng)，具有一定的場(chǎng)景及用戶規(guī)模數(shù)量，應(yīng)用示范效果明顯，經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益顯著。

1.項(xiàng)目申報(bào)主體包括從事及應(yīng)用大數(shù)據(jù)采集、存儲(chǔ)、加工、分析、服務(wù)、安全等相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的企業(yè)、科研院所等。每個(gè)申報(bào)主體限申報(bào)1個(gè)項(xiàng)目，每個(gè)項(xiàng)目限申報(bào)1個(gè)方向。
